Personal data categories
Registration and service use may involve names, email addresses, phone numbers, academic level, account data, access records, practice-test answers and results, support messages, purchase and payment references, and technical data such as IP addresses and session cookies.
Purposes
Data is processed to provide accounts and learning services, display tests and results, manage purchases, respond to support requests, protect accounts and prevent misuse, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Additional marketing uses require any applicable lawful basis and consent.
Service providers and disclosures
Hosting, email, payment and technical service providers may handle data as needed for these purposes, subject to required contractual and legal safeguards. Never send payment-card details or passwords to support. The complete processor list and any international processing locations still require an operational review.
Children and guardian consent
Students using the platform may be minors. Applicable law can require documented guardian consent before collecting or processing a child’s information. A standard acceptance checkbox alone does not establish that consent. Guardians should contact support before submitting a child’s data; implementation of a suitable verified guardian-consent mechanism remains outstanding.
Retention
Data is retained as needed for service delivery, attempt-history access, legal or financial obligations, and dispute resolution. A category-specific retention schedule has not yet been formally verified and must be established operationally; data should then be deleted or anonymized when no longer lawfully required.
Cookies and security
Essential cookies may be used for authentication, sessions and preferences. Technical and organizational safeguards require ongoing review and no online system can guarantee absolute security. Never disclose passwords or reset tokens.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, individuals can request access, correction, erasure, objection to certain processing, or withdrawal of consent where available. Requests may be subject to identity checks and legally required retention. Contact support to exercise these rights.
Updates and complaints
This notice may be revised when services or processing practices change, with the updated date shown. Complaints may be sent to the operator or the competent regulator as permitted by law. This notice does not replace an operational and legal review of children’s consent, data transfers and retention.
