Educational content
The platform provides mathematics practice tests, digital educational materials, books and courses as described for each offering. Available materials vary by program. No particular official examination score is guaranteed.
Accounts and access
Users must provide accurate information and safeguard credentials. Access rights, attempt allowances, availability periods and prices are those displayed in the product offer or purchase confirmation. Unauthorized account sharing or access circumvention is prohibited.
Prices, payment and evidence
Prices and product terms are displayed before checkout. Payment may be processed through a third-party payment provider. Retain payment confirmation and notify support if payment is taken but the purchased service is not correctly activated.
Practice-test refunds
A refund may be requested before starting a paid attempt for the relevant test. Once started, requests are reviewed for verified technical failures, non-delivery or any circumstance requiring a remedy under applicable law. Nothing in this policy restricts mandatory consumer rights.
Course and digital-book refunds
Course and digital-book refund requests are reviewed according to the offering and whether the content has been made available or accessed, subject to any statutory withdrawal or refund entitlement. Contact support with the purchase date, transaction reference and reason.
Intellectual property
Lessons, questions, designs and materials are provided for personal educational use subject to the stated license. Re-sale, redistribution or copying outside authorized use is prohibited, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
Minors and guardians
Minors and their guardians must meet applicable legal consent requirements before registration or sharing personal data. The standard terms checkbox does not automatically replace any separate guardian consent legally required for children’s personal data. Contact support regarding use by a minor.
Service issues and support
For access failures or suspected incorrect results, provide the issue details and relevant transaction or test identifier, but never your password. Complaints and remedies are reviewed in light of the facts and applicable statutory rights.
Governing law and revisions
These terms are interpreted under applicable Egyptian law without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules. Updated terms may be published with a revision date; changes will not unlawfully reduce previously acquired contractual rights.
